The body diameter of only 35 mm makes it easy to handle. The weight of 230 g, quiet and effortless drive are due to the special motor. The ground spindle and collar bearing all contribute to the ergonomic design. The high quality steel collets ensure accurate clamping of the cutters. The size of the machine dictates a 12 V drive system, use of a transformer is required. MICROMOT transformers of at least 1 A are recommended.

Milling/Drilling machine MICROMOT 50/E

The thyristor electronic speed control enables the selection of speeds from 5,000 to 20,000 rpm. Phase angle control and feedback effect circuitry yield high torques, even at low speeds.

The MICROMOT standard 20mm collar allows use in the drill stand MB 140/S, router base OFV, stand UH 34 and angle adapter WS 90.Stable housing of fibreglass reinforced POLYAMIDE. With soft gripping area for extended use during hours.

For milling, drilling, routing, de-scaling, polishing, cutting, cleaning, sawing, engraving and more.
Useable on any workable material, e.g. steel, precious metals, glass, ceramics, plastics, precious stones etc.
Ideal for electronic hobbyists, model builders, tool and die makers, jewellers, opticians, artists, chiropractors, dental technicians and more.
12 V supply allows the safe use of coolant, e.g. when grinding and cutting semi-precious stones!

Six MICROMOT collets for shanks in the range 1.0 - 1.5 - 2.0 - 2.4 - 3.0 and 3.2 mm are supplied.
